If your Order Subtotal is:
Up to $100, your shipping charge will be $15
$100.01 to $200, your shipping charge will be $20
$200.01 to $300, your shipping charge will be $30
$300.01 and up, your shipping charge will be $40

Shipping and Handling Charges to Canada
Shipped via USPS Priority

If your Order Subtotal is:
Up to $100, your shipping charge will be $25
$100.01 to $200, your shipping charge will be $35
$200.01 to $300, your shipping charge will be $45
$300.01 and $500, your shipping charge will be $55
$500.01 and up, your shipping charge will be $75

International Orders (Outside the U.S., excluding Canada)

If your Order Subtotal is:
Up to $100, your shipping charge will be $50
$100.01 to $200, your shipping charge will be $60
$200.01 to $300, your shipping charge will be $70
$300 and up, your shipping charge will be $80
